Alright, dudes and dudettes, here’s the lowdown from the Nekkid Surf Company wave riders. Most of the time, once you’ve snagged your gear, it’s yours to shred with—no backsies. So, before you hit that "order" button, give it a double-check like you’re waxing your board before the big swell. No trade-ins for picking the wrong size, flaking on the design, or wishing you’d gone with a gnarlier color.

BUT, if your gear rolls up with a gnarly misprint, rips, tears, or some kook sent you the wrong size—don’t sweat it! You’ve got 15 days from when your package washes ashore to holler at us. Heads up: our product pics might be zoomed in for clarity, and colors can look different on your screen than in real life. So, if it’s just a color or design tweak that’s got you bummed, that doesn’t count as defective. Sorry, bros.

If your order truly got wiped out by a defect, shoot us a line at info@NekkidSurfCompany.com, and we’ll get the return stoke going. Your item will be replaced with the same exact thing, same color, same vibes—no exceptions. Ride on!
